Shehzad Jamal is a Partner at Knight Frank and leads the firm’s real estate consultancy across MENA. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, he advises private clients and government entities across the GCC and international markets.

Shehzad specialises in healthcare and education real estate advisory, supporting clients with market and financial feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, project finance, business planning and real estate valuation. He also develops market entry and development strategies that respond to changing sector requirements and regional growth priorities.

His wider experience spans corporate finance, conventional and alternative real estate assets, banking and financial institutions, and strategic advisory. Before joining Knight Frank in 2018, Shehzad worked on equity and intangible asset valuations, restructuring assignments and complex financial advisory mandates.

• Provided technical advisory and commercial due diligence for education, healthcare and mixed-use developments across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Developed strategies for a healthcare and education free zone in Jordan and a medical university planned for Medina and Jeddah.
• Prepared a market-entry strategy for South Korean healthcare providers expanding into Saudi Arabia.
• Supported the development of a healthcare tourism guide for Dubai Health Authority and market studies for retirement living products within giga-projects.
